You can&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/devsoft.in\/blog\/how-to\/find-your-email-settings-in-cPanel\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/devsoft.in\/blog\/how-to\/find-your-email-settings-in-cPanel\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">find your email settings in cPanel<\/a>.<\/li><li>If you previously created an email forwarder to your Gmail account, you will need to&nbsp;remove it. You can\u2019t receive emails if there\u2019s a forwarder in place.<\/li><li>We recommend using the secure (SSL) settings. Using&nbsp;SSL email settings is more secure&nbsp;as it encrypts the data while in transit.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to setup your email account on an Android device, the first thing you need to do is find your email account details. They are located on your CPanel dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Log in to your&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.devsofthosting.com\/login.php\" target=\"_blank\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.devsofthosting.com\/login.php\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Devsoft account<\/a><\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Incoming server settings<\/strong>&nbsp;page appears.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Username<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, confirm the e-mail address that you typed in step 3.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, confirm the password that you typed in step 6.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Server<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, type the A2 Hosting server name for your account.<\/li><li>Tap&nbsp;<strong>NEXT<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Outgoing server settings<\/strong>&nbsp;page appears.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Username<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, confirm the e-mail address that you typed in step 3.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Password<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, confirm the password that you typed in step 6.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Server<\/strong>&nbsp;text box, type the A2 Hosting server name for your account.<\/li><li>Tap&nbsp;<strong>NEXT<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Account options<\/strong>&nbsp;page appears.<\/li><li>In the&nbsp;<strong>Sync frequency<\/strong>&nbsp;list box, select how often you want to synchronize the account with the device.<\/li><li>Configure the other account options:<ul><li>To receive notifications for new messages, select the&nbsp;<strong>Notify me when email arrives<\/strong>&nbsp;check box.<\/li><li>To synchronize messages, select the&nbsp;<strong>Sync email from this account<\/strong>&nbsp;check box.<\/li><li>If you are configuring an IMAP account, to download attachments when the device is connected to a Wi-Fi network, select the&nbsp;<strong>Automatically download attachments when connected to Wi-Fi<\/strong>&nbsp;check box.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Tap&nbsp;<strong>NEXT<\/strong>. The&nbsp;<strong>Your account is set up and email is on its way!<\/strong>&nbsp;message appears:<ul><li>To change the account name, type the new name in the&nbsp;<strong>Account name (optional)<\/strong>&nbsp;text box.<\/li><li>To change the display name that appears on messages that you send from this account, type the new name in the&nbsp;<strong>Your name<\/strong>&nbsp;text box.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Tap&nbsp;<strong>NEXT<\/strong>.
